TrustFlow Digital Solutions
Previously under UK ownership, TrustFlow's small but mighty sales team was in need of high-level marketing support, beginning with US-facing sales materials in American English. Partnering with the UK's marketing lead, I re-created sell sheets, infographics, presentations, reports and content to better tell the story of the US business and its solutions.
I have collaborated with subject matter experts to craft blogs in alignment with the inbound sales strategy; create website, social media content, and case studies; and design supporting graphics and images. Of course, new client on-site visits became a notable challenge during the pandemic, so I assisted with the development of high-quality virtual tours at TrustFlow's locations. I collaborate with the sales and operations team members to customize client-specific virtual walk-throughs as requested.
During this engagement, I led the transition to a stand-alone US website and CRM (HubSpot) and receive and qualify all inbound leads via phone and email. I handle monthly reporting and support HR's recruiting, employee engagement and internal communications. In March 2021, I completed HubSpot Academy's Inbound Sales course and certification to optimize my role and support the sales force.
In 2022, I handled the marketing aspects of the company's rebrand, including logo strategy and design oversight, launch materials, recreation of existing templates, sales materials, website and more.
