TrustFlow Digital Solutions

SCOPE OF SERVICES: Comprehensive brand management and marketing strategy | Research and writing | On-site photography | Graphic design

What started as a 90-day project-based contract in 2019 evolved into a robust three-and-a-half year relationship that provided much value to the client and an exceptional learning opportunity for Jenny. In the absence of an in-house marketing department, Jenny served as a behind-the-scenes, fractional marketing department of one, offering suggestions and making decisions to impact the client’s brand and messaging as it grew market share in the US.

Through collaboration with in-house subject matter experts, we crafted blogs in alignment with the inbound sales strategy; created social media content and case studies; designed supporting graphics, infographics, sell sheets, presentations, advertorials, reports, and digital downloads; and supported the development of many in-depth and comprehensive RFQ/RFP responses.

Of course, potential client on-site visits became a notable challenge during the pandemic, so Jenny facilitated the creation of high-quality virtual tours at TrustFlow’s locations.

During this engagement, Jenny led the transition to a stand-alone US website and CRM (on the HubSpot platform) and received and qualified all inbound leads via phone and email. She handled monthly reporting and supported HR’s recruiting, employee engagement, and internal communications.

In March 2021, Jenny completed HubSpot Academy’s Inbound Sales course and certification to optimize her role and support the sales force.

In 2022, Jenny handled the marketing aspects of the company’s rebranding to a new name, including logo strategy and design oversight, promotional/launch materials, recreation of existing templates, sales materials, and more. A 40th-anniversary logo was also unveiled to commemorate four decades in business.

TrustFlow was sold in June of 2023 and absorbed into a larger company. The acquiring company employed in-house marketing personnel, and, at that point, Jenny’s support was no longer needed.
