Hello! As a fact-finder, strategist, graphic designer and project manager—in a nutshell, a fractional chief marketing officer (CMO)—it is my mission to help businesses and organizations define and protect their brand and shine a light on what makes their company or service unique.

Before starting my business in late 2019, I served as the Associate Vice President of Marketing Communications for the nation’s largest Graduate Medical Education Safety-Net Consortium for almost five years. While in that role, I built an incredible team that, together, redefined the organizations’ branding; oversaw a complete website redesign; handled all major internal and external events; and conceptualized the branding and PR for a new community collaborative to support pregnant women with substance use disorder. I’ve held brand management roles in nationally recognized companies and nonprofits and I’m wild about supporting small businesses and causes in the Northeastern Pennsylvania region.

Perhaps, most importantly, I’m a mom to two “tiny Hetros” and a servant leader in the community. I became a Certified Lactation Counselor in 2022, and am currently co-chairing the Luzerne County Breastfeeding Coalition. I actively volunteer for the Pennsylvania Breastfeeding Coalition and my church’s social justice committee.

In the summer of 2022, I realized my business was growing faster than anticipated. It was a good problem to have, and I got to work on figuring out how I could bring on a teammate and expand the services clients desperately need. Luckily, I've built a network of partners and incredibly talented creatives. I knew exactly who to call.

Bob Sanchuk came on full-time in January 2023 as Chief Creative Director. Together, we blend strategy, branding and messaging with striking photography and custom illustration to solve client challenges and better tell their stories.

My company also earmarks the delivery of 8-16 hours of pro bono work each month, and I’m proud of this deliberate contribution to the greater good. Bob and I lend our talents to causes and organizations we’re passionate about, including nonprofits and local, woman-owned businesses in need of a little branding TLC.
